For a long time, when people were asked who they thought the wealthiest man in the world was, they’d answer Bill Gates or Steve Jobs. However, the world has changed, and although Microsoft’s co-founder still has a net worth of $110 billion, he’s not number one anymore.
You’re probably more familiar with Gates’ story than anyone else’s. He dropped out of Harvard to start a software company with his childhood friend Paul Allen, and it eventually grew to become Microsoft. Nowadays, he’s primarily focused on his work with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
