Elon Musk
Billionaires are not usually too high profile, but almost everybody who Elon Musk is. His ridiculous deal to buy Twitter made headlines, and not in a good way, but he still deserves some merit for growing his fortune to $191 billion.
It all started in 1995 when he and his brother founded a software company called Zip2. They later sold it to Compaq for $307 million. He also co-founded a direct bank that would become part of PayPal and be sold to eBay for $1.5 billion. All this before Tesla existed!
