If you’re a fan of Formula 1 racing, you’ve probably seen Oracle’s logo on several of the driver’s uniforms. But what is it exactly? It’s a database software corporation, and it’s headed by Larry Ellison, the fourth richest man on the planet.
He has the dough to sponsor a Formula 1 team since he’s worth $113 billion. Besides his stake in Oracle, he’s also on Tesla’s board, where he’s undoubtedly rubbed elbows with Elon Musk. He also has a yachting team and has competed in several instances.
