We have all had job interviews that are best to leave in the past and never look back. We are talking about the ones where you cannot help but laugh or cringe at the awkwardness. Take a picture, it lasts longer

Asking applicants to take a picture during a job interview is not something common… unless they apply to be models. Perhaps the employer was just looking for a new office decoration, but whatever the case might be, it is definitely weird!

No wonder this person decided to make a swift exit. After all, job interviews are supposed to be about evaluating skills and qualifications, not looks. Or maybe they were trying to be like American Idol‘s judges and have a “bad audition hall of fame.”
