Red flag
Pyramid schemes are dangerous and can easily trap unsuspecting job seekers. So, we should know how to spot them. For example, when the “opportunity” being presented is vague, or the company insists on recruiting new members rather than selling an actual product.
Another thing that gives these schemes off is when the interviewer asks personal and financial questions during the interview. If that happens, that is a bright red flag! Always do research on the company beforehand and trust your gut if something seems off.
