Avoiding outside help
Most people find it difficult to ask for help. Unfortunately, far too many businesses wait way too long to seek the outside assistance they require to solve a problem or advance to the next level. Remember, you cannot do it all, and that is alright!
Many new entrepreneurs are hesitant to admit that they require assistance. Do not be afraid to seek a mentor, hire an outside consultant, or form an advisory board to provide guidance and ideas. It is now much easier to outsource jobs on a project-by-project basis at a very low cost.
