Tropicana
If we had to name a juice company that made it big, we’d definitely mention Tropicana. According to an ABC News report, this brand’s processing plant in Florida squeezes 48 million oranges daily into 2.5 million cartons of juice. Doesn’t that sound crazy?
It makes sense, then, that PepsiCo couldn’t keep its hands off Tropicana and decided to buy it in 1998 for a whopping $3.3 billion. And since this brand now holds 41% of the US orange juice market, they probably don’t regret making that millionaire investment!
