The Nichols—The OC
We honestly could not make it this far without mentioning one of our favorite shows of all time: The OC. We were going to list the Cohens here because they are the titular and wealthy family, but we decided to go one more rung up the ladder.
Caleb Nichol was one of Newport Beach’s wealthiest residents, owning the real estate company Newport Group, which owned a large number of properties in the city. He was portrayed as a businessman who was notorious for his dishonest business dealings and practices.
